jessica normandJessica Normand is the Senior Marketing Manager for Equine Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Equine Leadership Team for Zoetis. Prior to this, Jessica was Senior Director of Product Research & Development for SmartPak Equine, where she was a passionate leader for over fifteen years. Jessica helped to found SmartPak’s world class Customer Care team, led the early development of SmartSupplements, a leading line of equine nutritional supplements, and was part of the team that developed the ColiCare colic surgery reimbursement program. Throughout her career Jessica has worked extensively with horse owners, equine veterinarians, and farriers, alike.

From 2015-2018 Jessica was an active volunteer for Wild Hearts Horses for Heroes, a PATH Intl. Member Center in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, before relocating to New Jersey at the end of 2018 for her role with Zoetis. Jessica has been a member of the PATH Equine Welfare Committee since January 2017 and has been a presenter at the PATH pre-conference Equine Welfare Workshop and the Virtual Conference.

Jessica holds an A.S. in Equine Industries and a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a M.B.A. from Babson College. A lifelong rider, Jessica’s equine partner is an 11-year-old Lippitt Morgan gelding named Sawyer with whom she does everything from Western Dressage to Working Equitation.

Robin KruegerRobin Krueger joined the executive team of Northwest Center as chief financial officer in 2013 with deep experience in executive financial leadership, accounting and information technology. Robin has filled senior financial leadership roles with an array of early stage companies, as well as long tenure with both Alaska Airlines and PACCAR. Her expertise includes development of world class financial teams, mergers and acquisitions, capital equipment debt and lease financing, investment management, board operations and all other aspects of financial operations.

Robin’s career highlights include capital asset fundraising of over $1 billion using global sources, including initial public offerings; managing an $850 million investment portfolio; and negotiating complex mergers and acquisitions.

She currently leads the finance, accounting, budgeting, IT, and development departments at Northwest Center. Robin holds a master's certificate in accounting from Seattle University and an MBA degree in international business from The George Washington University.

KC HenryKC Henry is principal of Transitions Unlimited LLC, a consulting firm for nonprofit businesses. She helped thousands of leaders and administrators with organizational development, board development and strategic planning. KC has served on boards, staffs and committees nationally and internationally; she has also presented training sessions and facilitated retreats across the world. She has served on the PATH Intl board, as a PATH Intl state and regional chairman and was honored with the PATH Intl. James Brady Professional Achievement Award.

KC helped to found three EAAT centers and served as executive director, or interim ED for numerous programs including Fieldstone Farms Therapeutic Riding Center (Cleveland, OH) and the Horses and Humans Research Foundation. Although her career work has touched nonprofits of all kinds, her passion has remained in the equine-assisted activity field. Adam DaurioAdam Daurio is an accomplished executive director and attorney, with experience in, knowledge of, and passion for the equestrian, livestock and agricultural industries.

From 2004 to 2010, Daurio's legal practice included agricultural law, real estate and business law, general contracts, nonprofit organizations and western lifestyle consultation. From 2010 to 2014, Daurio was the executive director of a public charity that provided equine-assisted activities and therapies and other educational experiences to individuals with special needs. In 2014, Daurio became the director of administration for Colorado State University’s Temple Grandin Equine Center.

Daurio received undergraduate degrees in agricultural extension and event management, and agricultural economics, from Colorado State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming Law School.

Daurio’s philanthropic work includes volunteering as a board or committee member for the Colorado State Fair Foundation, the Western Stock Show Association and the American Quarter Horse Foundation.

Daurio’s hobbies include showing Quarter Horses in western all-around, reining and cowhorse events, as well as being an avid boot camp and crossfit fitness participant.

brandan montminyBrandan Montminy is an attorney at the Dallas office of the global law firm Locke Lord LLP and is dedicated to providing responsive and practical advice and counsel to clients in a wide array of litigation matters, as well as in privacy, data protection, cybersecurity compliance, and incident preparedness and response. Brandan represents clients across multiple industries, including banking & finance, commercial, construction, health care, insurance, professional services, real estate, and technology.

Brandan’s litigation experience includes advising and representing a variety of local and foreign businesses and individuals throughout the litigation process, including managing discovery, leading mediations, preparing and defending witnesses for depositions and trial testimony, defending and taking depositions, working with expert witnesses, preparing clients and matters for trial, negotiating complex settlement agreements, and providing post-verdict and appellate advice.

Brandan is also a member of the Firm’s nationally recognized Privacy & Cybersecurity Group and Incident Response Team. Whether advising clients prophylactically regarding the design and implementation of privacy, data protection, and vendor policies and contracts, or reactively by directing forensic investigation, analysis, or litigation stemming from potential data breaches, Brandan leverages the Firm’s resources and relationships with vendors in consulting, forensics, public relations, and consumer services to provide clients seamless solution solving.

Brandan is married to Jessica Montminy, and has one son, Ethan. In their free time, they enjoy traveling and competing in competitive dog sports with their Belgian Malinois. Brandan currently serves on the PATH Intl. Board of Trustees and the Grievance Review Panel.
