Ed Milford is a battle-tested finance leader with 30+ years of business experience in private industry and public accounting. Ed obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from Brooklyn College in NYC and received his CPA license from New York State in 1988. Ed started his career in NYC with Arthur Andersen & Co. (considered the largest accounting firm in the ‘80s) as an auditor. In 1984, he joined the Internal Audit department of Avon Products, Inc. (a Fortune 250 company) in their New York office. For nearly 30 years at Avon, he has held various positions of increasing responsibilities in areas of controllership, consolidations & reporting, internal audit, finance transformation, and finance, planning & analysis. He has led various high profile projects, strategic planning sessions and internal investigations. He also gained invaluable international work experience traveling extensively for Avon throughout Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. His work experience included three successful relocation assignments that included Springdale, OH, Atlanta, GA, and San Juan, PR. Ed also served as the acting general manager for Avon Caribbean Operations.

Ed owns and solely operates Milford Consulting with a focus on small to medium businesses. He provides an array of services, including management and finance reporting, accounting, strategic planning, internal controls, budgeting, money management training and process redesign.
