PATH Intl. online education: learn without leaving home

Denver—PATH Intl. remains dedicated to offering educational opportunities in a variety of online delivery formats. For PATH Intl. Credentialed Professionals, this means access to continuing education credits that have the PATH Intl. stamp of approval. For non-members, this means getting a glimpse into the rich world of equine-assisted activities and therapies.

For example, we are working to release approximately 25 recorded conference education sessions from the 2016 PATH Intl. Conference in Williamsburg, VA. A selection of these session videos are now available for purchase, including "Working with OEF/OIF Veterans" and "From Statistics to Stability: Changing the Trajectory for Youth in Foster Care."

View the PATH Intl. Online Education Catalog by topic for webinar recordings and session videos: Administration; Equines; Program Management/Instructor Resources; Therapies; Veteran Programs

2017 will bring the launch of new online courses focusing on specific disabilities, specialty areas, and program administration and development. And stay tuned for information on the inaugural PATH Intl. virtual conference coming this spring!

About PATH Intl.

The Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International® (PATH Intl.®) was formed in 1969 to promote safety and optimal outcomes in equine-assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) for individuals with special needs. At 877 member centers, more than 62,400 children and adults, including 5,500 veterans, may find improved health, wellness and a sense of pride, independence and fun through involvement with horses. Therapeutic horsemanship at member centers may include hippotherapy, equine-facilitated mental health, driving, interactive vaulting, trail riding, competition, ground work and stable management. Through a wide variety of educational resources, the association helps individuals start and maintain successful EAAT programs. There are nearly 55,000 volunteers, 4,846 instructors, 7,546 equines and thousands of contributors from all over the world helping people at PATH Intl. Member Centers.
