The Professional
Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.) is
embarking on a strategic planning initiative to update the current
2013-2016 strategic plan and adopt an ongoing process for thinking and
planning strategically throughout the enterprise.
The PATH Intl. Board of Trustees would very much appreciate your input
as a PATH Intl. member at this juncture. This survey is for PATH Intl.
Members only. Please complete this survey by Monday, April 25, 2016.
The information gleaned from this survey will provide a stimulus for
discussion at the May board strategic planning session.
As a thank you for sharing your perspective and providing insight

The PATH Intl.
Spinal Cord Injuries, Paralysis and EAAT online course offers
instructors an understanding of SCI conditions and how to apply this
knowledge to the development of safe and effective EAAT lesson plans.
Course curriculum will focus on integrating new ideas for offering a
participant-centered approach to planning and facilitating EAAT.
The next section
of the PATH Intl. Spinal Cord Injuries, Paralysis and EAAT online
course will begin May 1, 2016. In addition, this course is eligible for
six hours of disability education and six hours of continuing education
hours on your annual certification compliance. This is 12 hours
total of continuing education hours.

Named President of AHC
|

Julie Broadway,
the executive director of the American Morgan Horse Association and the
PATH Intl. Board of Trustees President, has been named president of the
American Horse Council. Founded in 1969 as a Washington D.C.-based
national association, the American Horse Council promotes and protects
all horse breeds, disciplines and interests by communicating with
Congress, federal agencies, the media and the industry itself.
"We are excited for this wonderful opportunity for Julie and the
American Horse Council," said PATH Intl. CEO Kathy Alm. "The
American Horse Council is so important to all of us in the horse
industry as it works to protect our partners in the work we do. We look
forward to our continued participation in this important work."

booklets for the Advanced therapeutic riding instructor program. With
the implementation of a formal application for this program, PATH Intl.
will be able to provide Advanced candidates with guidance and
information about Advanced educational opportunities, including
