Center Advancement Committee Survey |
|
The
NARHA Center Advancement Committee (CAC) is seeking your
feedback. In an effort to better serve you, the members
of NARHA, we are asking you to complete this short
survey, which will help us better understand how NARHA
can support you. Whether that is through new resources,
more training or mentoring, we are working to help you
have the best center you desire. Your feedback is vital
to help us be a committee that provides the best
resources possible for NARHA members.
To participate in the survey, please go to our " Members
Only" section and click on the survey link.

Calling All Members With a World View! |
|
Since 1969, NARHA has provided resources for
equine assisted activities and therapies
programs, developing and promoting the voluntary
standards that guide the industry. Each year
dozens of new centers initiate programs, and
more than 42,000 individuals with and without
special needs are served annually. With more and
more requests and questions about NARHA's
standards and credentialing programs coming from
countries outside the United States, the NARHA
Board of Trustees has asked that a task force be
formed to develop a plan for addressing
international growth.
The purpose of the international task force is
to develop a strategy and identify specific
tactics and resources required to support the
tactics for sustainable and financially sound
growth and development in countries outside the
United States. The task force will consider
opportunities to build strategic alliances in
the industry, to enhance membership value and
benefits and to increase communications and
awareness.
The association is recruiting members to serve
on the international task force. If you are
interested in NARHA's future internationally,
have experience in some capacity beyond U.S.
borders and are not currently serving on an
existing NARHA committee or task force,
click here to indicate your interest in
participating on this task force. Send the
application and all materials to Sandy
Artichoker at
[email protected]. All applications will
be considered.

Join NARHA's Click4Cash |
|
We
are having a lot of fun and generating public interest for the
EAAT industry through NARHA's partnership with Equestrian
Collections. Nearly 100 NARHA centers are enjoying receiving
their proceeds checks in the mail for the purchases their
communities have made through their websites. To keep the fun
rolling, Equestrian Collections will give one lucky center a
$100 gift certificate for joining the NO COST program. They will
announce the recipient in the June 2nd edition of NARHA News.
Click here and follow the steps to join.
We have created
a shopping area on Equestrian Collections for EAAT-focused
products, but your shoppers can shop the entire site,
maximizing the potential revenue for your center. All you have
to do is get shoppers to click on your Shop & Change a
Life button before they do the regular shopping they
would do anyway. Once you have signed up, you will receive an
email with step-by-step instructions for how to retrieve the
Shop & Change a Life banner to place on your center's website.
Any questions? Please email
Nina and reference CLICK4CASH in the subject line.
